Why do bubbles emerge or air leak from the seam of the inflatable during use?
It's normal and crucial for a small amount of air to escape from the seams, particularly when the inflatables are continuously inflated. That maintains a balanced air pressure between the inside and outside of the items, ensuring safety during use.
What should I do if the inflatable tilts during use?
Please ensure that all ground stakes have been appropriately secured in the ground. We strongly recommend utilizing this inflatable on soft ground surfaces, such as lawns, as it effectively fix the ground stakes, enhancing overall safety.
How do I patch holes in the inflatable?
Our inflatables include repair patches to fix small holes/minor damaged surfaces within 1.2″/3cm. However, we strongly advise not to use the product if it has larger damages (over 1.2″/3cm) for safety purposes.
What should I do if the inflatable is not sufficiently inflated?
